- 4 Chicken Breasts (cut in ½ and pounded out into thin cuts)
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2-3 Tbs. Canna-Oil from nugs or trim
- 2-3 Tbs. Butter (or use Canna-Butter!)
- ½ Cup Buttermilk (If there is not buttermilk on hands-The Substitute is 1 cup Milk+1Tbs. Lemon Juice)
- 1 Box “Instant Stuffing Mix” (Regular Italian bread crumbs or Panko crumbs)
- 1 Cup Flour
Get 3 bowls ready for 1st Flour, 2nd bowl whisk together eggs and buttermilk, and 3rd bowl for bread crumbs.
After pounding down the size of chicken breast get a large skillet out and heat Canna-Oil and Butter on MEDIUM heat. Start with drenching chicken in flour, 2nd into egg-wash and 3rd the grand ol bread crumb to make a solid coating First thing is drenching in the flour then tour egg mixture, last is bread crumbs (make certain to coat Chicken Breasts well)
